Objective -
Movement and tactical positioning, dealing with strikes on goal.
Description -
GK3 will begin by striking a ball toward GK2. When GK2 gathers the ball they will either roll the Coach or GK4 who may take a touch and strike on goal or pass across the 6 yard box to their opposite side. GK1 must reposition and align for the strike or for the pass across goal.
Work in pairs GK1 & 2, GK3 & 4. Switch roles after 6

Objective -
To introduce a distribution element, increasing pass accuracy both with the feet and hands, along with the recovery position to deal with strikes on goal.
Description -
GK 2 & COACHCB's, GK3 & GK4 CM's
GK1 to receive the ball and pass to a free man on the opposite side of the pitch to rotate the ball.
Once the'free man' receives the ball they pass to available player or COACH will call"LOSE THE BALL".
The player inpossession will strike on goal. If GK1 saves, they throw or strike toward the two goals (poles) which GK3 & GK4 will defend.
If they make a save, they will then roll to COACH or GK2 for a bounce pass andstrike on GK1.
Rotate after 5 repetitions.

To prepare players for the movements and mental focus required in the session. Controlled technique in Zones 1 and 2.
Description -
GK1 will receive 4 strikes on goal.
1 - Dipping volley from Coach
2 - Cut back pass from GK3
3 - Volley from GK4
4 - Ground strike from Coach.
Work in pairs GK1 & GK2, GK3 & GK4. Work continuously for 8 reps (4 each). Rotate GK group. Switch sides.
