Skill: Players will run at the opposing defender trying to beat them while dribbling with the ball. Again, focsuing on key mechanics.
Progression: The defender starts closer toward the player dribbling making it hard for the player dribbling to reach top speed.
Regression: Defender starts further away to allow player dribbling to get up to top speed.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Challenge: Can you beat your man on one move.
Conditions: Can you use less than 6 touches to beat your man?
Targets: Beat the man.

SSG: Will play as a normal game, players are encouraged to run with the ball and use key mechanics as much as possible. If they beat their man and score worth 2 points, normal goal worth 1 point.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Progression: Make pitch smaller
Regression: Make pitch bigger
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Challenge: try and beat the man as often as possible, encourage running rather than passing.
Conditions: Less passes more running.
Targets: Score as many goals as possible while beating the man.

Technical:
3 players each side of the cones. Player receives the ball and gets it out of their feet, focusing on using their laces and getting their head up and getting into their running stride and move quickly. When they have ran through the cones, pass the ball and go to the end of the line.
Progression: Run quicker
Regression: Run slower
