Organization: Y shaped station cone A distance to cone B 10yds. Cone B to cone A 10 yds. Cone C to cone A 20yds. 1 ball, 4 cones 5 players.
Instructions: player in cone A will pass the ball to player on cone B, player on cone B will turn to player on cone C and C player will dribble back to cone A. player must rotate to the direction the ball goes.
Coaching Points: 1. using proper technique. 2. player on cone B must check his shoulder before receving the ball. 3. player on cone B must turn quickly to the side his is passing too.
Progressions: add 2 balls, and add 1 player on cones C to create intensity.

Organization: 1 Goal, 1 cone on the side of the goal, in front.
Instructions: players will receive turn and shoot
Coaching Points: creating space, timing of the pass, checking to the ball, side body shape, turning, shooting
Progressions: add a defender to shadow the players

Organization: 1. 50 x 30 yard area set up as shown
2. 12 players (4 Attackers, 4 Defenders, 4
Feeders – 2 on each side)
3. 1 ball (Additional around the outside)
Instructions: 1. Teams score points by combining with either of their team ’s target players into one of the two pugg goals
2. Ball must go directly to the target player otherwise the ball is out of play
3. Target players are allowed two touches only
4. Target players are not allowed to cross into the field of play nor are defenders allowed to tackle target players
5. Once a goal has been scored play restarts with the conceding team at their goal line
6. Ball is kicked in for a restart

Progressions: 1. P – Target players are only allowed one touch
2. P – Two touches for every player
3. R – Take away restrictions for target players
4. R – Pile of balls by each target so that if the ball doesn’t reach them they can start from where they are

4. 12 + cones (These are placed randomly
around the area to make mini gates to pass
the ball through)
Instructions: 1. Players are paired together one attacker one target player
2. Players move around the area in their pairs
3. Once the pair reaches a gate, the attacker must pass to their target player through the gate
4. A fter the ball has been received through the gate, the pair sw itches roles and find another gate to play through
5. Players keep count of the gates the ball is passed through
Coaching Points:
1. Head up, observe your target
2. Weight and accuracy of pass
3. Ankle locked and toes pointing up
Progressions: 1. P – Can you find a double Gate to get double points
2. P – Limit to two touch so that the players have to continue to pass moving to the gates
3. R – Plays stop at the gate before passing the ball on
