Set up the practice as seen above with two units (Midfield and Defence) in Green and 6 Attackers in Red
The Goalkeeper for the Attacking team (Red) begins the practice and looks to play to one of the back players and into the Attackers or over the Defenders.
The objective of the Green team is to get the ball over the halfway line when the ball is in their defensive third.
Players move through the thirds on the coach's call. Coaches can also adjust the Midfield shape to either 1-2 or 2-1.

Set up the practice as seen above in the image with a 10v8 in favour of the Attacking team (Red).
The Reds look to work through the thirds (as the coach says) to look to play into the Attackers or around or over the Defenders.
The Greens must look to prevent any attacks and play back to the opposition Goalkeeper to restart the practice.
Finish with a full game with what numbers you have keeping same principles for defending team.

Set up the area as seen above. Start the practice with 6 players inRed and a Goalkeeper with the ball at one end of the field with cones marked for the Defenders and the Goalkeeper as seen in the image above.
The Goalkeeper and 3 players at the back (Red) move the ball between each other with the Red Attackers and Defensive Unit (Reds and Goalkeeper) moving in relation to the ball.
The Red players at the back look to play over the Defensive Unit into the Attack half. Once this has been performed and the Greens have the ball, they move it from side to side to pass to the opposition Goalkeeper to restart the practice. Players move through the thirds on the coach's call.
