Instructions - Blue passes to middle player who is marked 1v1. The middle blue player has to try and receive in order to pass forward. 2 touch is ideal. If the defender wins the ball he can pass the ball into one of the goals on the outside, or add 2 more players and the game continues with the white team in possession. Players may not pass the ball backwards.
Change the middle players every 1-2 minutes.
Progressions - 2v2, 3v3 in the middle.

Organization: Players must start in zones as shown. If the ball is passed into the next zone, a player from the previous zone must join in the new zone to unbalance the defense. If possession is lost, players must retreat to their original zones.

Instructions: Play 7v7 or 8v8 with pitch divided into 6 zones. For a goal to count no player on the team in possession may be more than 2 zones behind the ball.
Coaching Points: Coach the proper depth of support of the 3 lines when in and out of possession. Compactness and when to drop and when to squeeze space.

Instructions: Players Check away and then back to cone, receiving back foot and plays ball to next player. Pass-Follow pass to next cone.
Coaching Points: Timing of movements, open body to receive, touch sets up the next pass. Check shoulder to find next target before you receive.
