Organization:
- 2 teams of 8 Plus 2 GK'S
- Balls in both nets
- Use full width of 18 or adjust spacing as neccessary
- 3 minute shifts
1. 4v4 with 2 central support players and 2 wide support players in their attacking half.
- Unlimted touches/ Support players on 1-touch
- Outside players can't play to each other
- After winning the ball, the team MUST play into their central support players on the outside first before they can score a goal. The players break quickly to support and look to receive. If they recieve but are clsoed down then they can use the 4 outside players creating an 8v4 overload in posesssion.
- If it goes off of 1 team outside, GK plays to the other teams support player or you can have coach play into other team.
