Player with the ball who starts at the top left cone, dribbles towards the next cone, half way there he passes it and runs to the next cone.
On receiving the ball the player on cone two turns and dribbles towards cone three, again half way there he passes the ball and sprints to the next cone.
And so on.
Once the ball is clear between cone one and two an additional player joins the circuit.
Key is to get every one on the move and try and do it at a tempo.
Coaches can get them to reverse the movement or switch to two touches
