Defending team starts on the cones as the attacking team build to try to find the ball into the 9.

Defending 9 provides passive pressure to make play predictable, defending 7/11 look to deny ball into wingers. If attacking 2/3 progress can we create a wide trap moment with the 9.

If ball is won can defending transition and goto goal.

ADTL: Every time ball goes out of bounds or a point is scored each team must do recovery sprint

CPS:

Patience in the press, invite the ball into def numbers force def overloads

Staying compact and connected as a group, make the field small

Outside winger comes overloads centrally if ball is on opposite wide area
