  • Two fields of 20yd x 30yd

Instructions

  • Ball always starts from one side and plays diagonally 
  • 1v1 between player who passed ball and player who received 
  • Can score in either goal

Two 1v1 games going on at the same time

  • Encourage play to always go forward with speed (no cut backs or shielding if you can avoid it)

Instructions 

  • Flying changes 3v3 
  • If a ball goes off of your defensive half (goal, off end line, or off sideline)your team is out then new players come flying in

Coaching Points 

  • Communication before ball goes into play 
  • Dynamic runs off the ball (overlap, underlap, diagonal runs, through passes) 
  • Don't be nice if next group of players is not paying attention. Immediate pressure
