Equipment
6 x cones
1 x goal post
12 x balls
Organization
12 players ( 5 x outfield + 2 x GK)
3 players based at station A, 3 at station B, 4 at station C
Player 1 dribbles past cone and has a strike at goal. Player 2 plays a wall pass with with player 1 around the blue cone, player 2 then has a strike at goal. Player 3 dribbles with the ball past the blue cone creating an overlapping run with the ball, player 3 then crosses the ball into the box for player 1 and 2.
Players return to the same station until coach instructs players to change stations.

Disguise when beating player at station A.
Weight and direction of pass when playing the wall pass
Timing of runs into the box when finishing
Crossover of movement between player 1 and 2
Get head, chest and knee over ball

12 players divided into 2 teams, 6 vs 6, 10 outfield + 2 x goalkeepers.
2 players will press in the attacking half, 3 will remain in defensive half. 6 vs 2 rondo.
Team in possession is allowed to shoot after 3 successful passes have been completed.
After shooting, yellow then need to send 2 x players to press opposition.
50m length x 25m width for field dimensions.

Only 2 x players to press at a time
3 passes must be completed before shooting
