pressure from behind coming from player C and must try to score
if C steels he must then transition & dribble through gate 1 or 2

RDP Part I
Organization:

every player with a ball B/C players with a ball
Instructions:
• Players will form two lines at opposite sides of th everyplayer has a ball except player B
• Player A will play a pass to the player B who will run from the opposite side of the grid to check through the yellow gate before receiving
• Player B will look to turn round the cone using one of the turning techniques and then excelerate through one of the gates on the end line then return to their line
• Player A will now check in through the yellow gates and repeat the procces
