Football/Soccer Session (Academy Sessions): HYSC SAQ Week 8 Striking / Finishing Techniques Conditioned Game Practice
Description
The session focus will teach the player various striking/finishng techniques using movement with dynamic form to increase strike power, placement and accuracy when using multiple surfaces of the foot.
We will also teach them how to observe the space and position of the GK, to prepare for the end product (shot) .
For the full pressure part of the activity, I've added in multiple options for the conditioned games for you to pick the ones that best suit your groups.

Can you look to unbalance the GK and if so can you exploit by taking a big
Shooting-Breakaways
