Organization

• 30x20 field
• 4 cones to set up triangle shape 
• split team into 2 groups 
• spare balls 

Instructions

Pattern 1

1. Player A will pass to player B

2. Player B checks away from cone and pass to player C

3. Player C checks away from cone and takes a positive first touch to the back of the line

4. each player follows their pass

5. Rotation will start again except now player B will now pass to opposite player

5. Rotation A>B>C>D

Pattern 2

1. Player A will pass to player C

2. Player C checks away from cone and passes to player B

3. Player B passes to player D

4. Player D checks away and passes to player A 

5. Rotation A>B>C>D>A
