Technical exercise
3v2 in the box - the 2 defenders are looking to win the ball back and break lines by playing the ball to their stand alone player, to Transfer possession into the opposite box.
When the ball is played across the opposite team (original defenders) maintain possession and leave one player behind.
Works same for both games
R - if it is too hard to win the ball back lone player can come closer to assist and players have to make a run into next zone when win possession
P/R - Limit touches of in possession.

- Body shape to receive (open)
- Positive first touch
- Movement off the ball to create space
- Breaking lines
Challenges
- Can you play the ball within two touches
- After you pass the ball can you get into a supportive space
- Can you try to use your foot you would like to improve
- As a team can you spread your team out wide, so help keep the defenders working.

No defenders in the end zone
Organisation
Pitch to have 8 yard end zones
Must receive the ball in the end zone to score, once a team has received the ball in the end zone, they have to switch the ball across to a team mate to keep the ball and play the other way.
P - Defenders in end zone
P - max 5s in end zone
