Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition)
The warm up and activation is done outside of the goal to make the transition into the goal for the technical easily. The technical is done in the goal to get the keeper used to game realistic distances for each potential scenarios.
Introducing the ideas of decision making within game scenarios.

Set 1: GK dives down onto stationary ball. Then gets up quick and down the line for a block shot from the server.
Set 2: GK dives down onto stationary ball. Then gets up quick and then retreats back for a dipping volley from the server.
Looking for the keeper to activate those movements into goal whilst continuing to work on the keepers diving technique.
Having the confidence to advance the line and working on the aspect of making the correct decision. Likewise, when making the correct decision to not drop too deep but allowing enough space for enough reaction time to make a save.
This will lead into a goal technical and then a phase of play.

GK dives down onto stationary ball (still emphasising working on the diving technique). Then up quick into line where the serve will either start in close and the can be brave and come and block the shot or if the server is deeper the Keeper follows the bi-line into line to optimise reaction time to have the best chance to make a save.
Make sure head movement is first and body moves into line.
Setting feet for strike and decision making in where to set or block is vital.

Server 1 plays the ball towards the bi-line for server 2 to cut the ball back whilst server 1 and 3 run in for the cut back.
Key points for the keeper make sure positioning is correct for the cutback and making the decision on whether to to cut the cut back, to follow the bi-line across goal or to come out and block anything close. Want my keeper to be postive in movements.
Defenders can be added in as the practice goes on depending on timings.
