Passing - Push (Inside)

Organization:
1.10 x 20 yard area set up as shown
2.4 players set up as shown
3.1 ball (Additional around the outside)
4.5 markers (1 marker per corner of 10 x 20 the other is 5 yards from bottom left corner)
Instructions:
1.Activity starts with B checking in to play and A passing to incoming B
2.B passes directly to C then turns and runs towards D
3.C passes into the path of on running B
4.B passes to D
5.D passes back to B then turns and runs around the outside of the marker towards the spare marker
6.B passes into the path of on running D
7.D collects the ball and dribbles around the empty marker to the beginning
8.Player A moves to Player C, C moves to B, B moves to D and D becomes Player A to continue Activity

Progressions:
P – One touch all the way around
P – Increase the area 15 x 30 yard area (incorporate the lofted pass)
R – All players must take a minimum of two touches
R – Decrease area 10 x 10 yard area (only incorporate the push pass)

Organization:
1.60 x 30 yard area set up as shown
2.12 players (6 Attackers, 6 Defenders)
3.1 ball (Additional around the outside)
4.3 areas, Defense, Midfield and Attack
Instructions:
1.Teams are set up into the 3 areas of the field, Defense, Midfield and Attack. Use the formation 2-3-1
2.Attacking Team starts with the ball in their defense. They must look to keep possession for 3 passes and move the ball into midfield
3.Once the ball is in midfield one defender may enter the midfield zone to create a 4 v 3 situation
4.Midfield players look to move the ball up to the forward to score. Once the ball is in the Attacking zone, one Midfielder may enter the Attacking zone to create a 2 v2 situation
5.Only the forwards can score. Once a goal has been scored play starts with the conceding team
6.Should the Defending team win the ball they become the attacking team and start from where they won the ball
7.If the ball goes out, play restarts back with the attacking team’s defense

Instructions:
1.Teams score by knocking their opposition’s balls off the cones.
2.1st to knock down all 4 balls is the winner

Progressions:
P – Make the amount of balls the players have to knock off smaller
R – If it is taking a while to knock the balls down, make the field larger so there is more room to play
