Set Up: As seen with attacking team assuming natural positions. Once #4 receives the balls both FBs are activated. Playing against a back 4
Exercise: Recreate the same attacking options as you did in the warm up. Red will send the ball to the #4 then push up 10-15 yards to squeeze the field.
Coaching Points: Technical-Weight timing and accuracy of the passes. Tactical-Diamond shape quickly. Choice of entry pass from FBs and the supporting movement from this. Options for 7 and 11 to go inside or out. Interchange of wide players with Midfielders.

Set Up: As before with the introduction of the opposition midfield 3
Exercise: Continue to create attacking opportunities through wide options.
Coaching Points: Speed of play. May have to go back to CB and switch if we are unable to move the ball quickly. Consideration for the utilization of the 1/2 spaces with 7 and 11 coming inside. Keep 2 and 7 and 3 and 11 on angles rather than straight.
