Organization: 2 grids, both going to goal. 2 GK. 3 players per grid (1 defender FIXED, 1 server & 1 receiver)
Defender is PASSIVE to start.
Rotation: Player A quickly moves in to the position of Player B and turns and calls for the next ball.
Instructions: Receiver initiates the game by checking away from defender (all players start in the middle) and performs turn to goal depending upom the positioning of the defender.
They are two perform one of two turns (receving to shoot)
1) Cesc Fabregas Cushion Turn
2) Inside Spin Turn
Coaching Points:
1) Check shoulder before turn
2) Try to keep ball close to you, dont let it run too wide.
3) Try to get heads up as soon as possible.
4) Try and get weight and direction of touch towards goal/target.
5) Immediately get into shooting stride to be able to get shot away quickly.
6) The type and timing of the turn will be determined upon the positioning of the defender.
Progressions:
The defender now becomes LIVE and can look to steal the ball.

Instructions:
Same as before, play ball in to striker who lays if off underneath and spins in behind.
Defender is PASSIVE the whole time. Passer becomes passive defender, defender becomes striker. Striker fetches ball and comes back.
Coaching Points:
Quality of set and pass
Whether to take a touch or take the shot on first time.
Angle of approach
Quality of finish
Prep touch (where, when, angle)
Use of eyes to deceive the keeper
Progressions:
P - first time finish
P - 1 v. 1 with keeper
P - defender is live
R - two touch all around

Organization: 2 Teams. Two GKs. Lots of balls in nets.
Instructions: Keeper serves to start. Shoot and score stay on (other team off to sides) go back get another ball. Shoot and miss, off to the sides (other team goes back and gets a ball from GK).
Coaching Points:
1) Quick distribution to eat up empty pace
2) Back foot receiving
3) Open body shape (checking passer and target)
4) Take ball in stride
5) Positve first touch
6) Explot 2v1 if on
6) Figure out 2v2 if on (split defenders)
7) Shoot if on (get shots off hard and quickly).
8) Can coach defending too (Pressure and Cover)
Progression:
3v3 if there are 14 players.

Instructions: Players ball the ball with a reasonable amount of weight on the pass to eachother. They are two perform one of two turns (receving to shoot)

The server can 'test' the receiver by playing the ball at different angels, side to side.
The receiver goes to 'goal' and performs a Xavi turn and returns the pass for the other player to perform the skill.
Coaching Points:
