Set Up: Play 3v1 but can also play 4v1, 5v2 etc. 3 attackers get a ball from the coach and try to keep possession for as long as possible. When defender wins the ball they try to dribble out of the square for 2 points or pass the ball to the coach for 1 point. The 3 attackers should react quickly when the ball is lost to stop the defender from getting the ball out of the square
Coaching Points:
:: React when ball is lost! 1st defender pressure and take away the forward pass or dribbling option
:: Supporting defenders can also apply pressure but should also ensure they are taking away passing and dribbling options.
:: Use 4 downs when defending
