Organisation
Two teams start inside an area 30m x 40m (with 3m x 3m boxes inside the field) with half of each team starting in the boxes and half starting in the free area. The team objective is to pass the ball in the air for a team mate to control with their first touch inside the box. Play starts with the players in the free area. They attempt to pass the ball in the air to any one of their team mates who need to control the ball inside the boxes. Once the pass has been made and ball controlled the passer and receiver swap positions. Teams get 1 point for controlling the ball with their feet, 2 points for controlling the ball with their thigh.

1 point - goal scored as a result of passing on the ground/dribbling

Organisation
2 teams start in a 15m x 20m area with one team on the inside and one team on the outside. Each player on the outside starts with a ball. Players on the outside throw the ball (on the full) to the inside player to control with either foot and pass back to the outside player. Repeat 10 times. After 10 reps done the outside player swaps with the inside player and sequence continues.
Progressions
- Right/left foot only with first touch in front
- Right/left foot only with first touch left or right
- Right/left thigh only with first touch in front
- Right left thigh only with first touch left or right
- Inside team runs to a player on the outside controlling the ball with appropriate body part and pass back to same player once. They then have to run and receive a ball from a different outside player.
- Inside team runs to a player on the outside controlling the ball with appropriate body part and pas to a different player on the outside. They then have to run and receive a ball from a different outside player.
- Passive defenders on the inside apply pressure when receiving the ball
