Two v Two
Inside players to target getting passed opponents on the inside zone and pass to outside players to gain a point
Aim to work as a team
Opponents target is to win the ball back and pass to their outside team mates.
Once passed to pair of team mates opposite corner of pitch, swap places.

Attackers v defenders
Instructions:
- Defender passes the ball out to the attacker
- Attacker must dribble the ball into either scoring zone before taking a shot
- If the defender wins the ball in one of the scoring zone they can then score in the opposite goal.
- If the defender wins the ball in the central zone they can score in either goal

Setup and Instructions:
One team of attackers and one team of defenders
- Attackers score by getting to any cone before the defender tags them.
- Defender scores 2 points if they tag an attacker
- Attackers scoring - nearest cone = 1 point, middle cone = 2 points, furthest cone = 3 points
- Attacker has 5 secs to score
- Teams switch after 2mins
- First to 10 points wins
