Playing out vs HIGH PRESS (30 MINS)
- Ball starts with Andrew
- REDS look to play out from the back
- x1 RED CDM can drop in to recieve the ball
- Once REDS play into midfield it then becomes a 4v3 situation as 1 BLUE ATT can drop in
- REDS look to play into strikers feet -who needs to hold it up and bring others into play - let the REDS get forward in support
- x2 BLUES can make recovery runs to support BLUE defenders
- Can we create a goal scoring opportunity?
Can we beat the press to create an overload in midfield, which then creates an overload in the final 1/3 if we move it forward with purpose
IF THE BALL goes out of play, we restart from Andrew again
