Skills Challenge Plan 3/24

Set up for dribbling and turning challenge:

NOTE: Age groups 1 and 2 will start with the dribbling challenge and Age group 3 will start with the turning challenge

Dribbling Challenge:

Players pair up, one player from the pair perfroms the challenge while the other counts for the active player, challenge lasts 30 seconds then the players switch roles and repeat, after this they report their score to the coach (5 set-ups allows us to get through 10 players in 60 seconds)

Turning Challenge

Same as above, one player counts while the other perfroms the challenge, players switch and the process is repeated.
