Organization:
5v5+2 (2 are GKs). Balls behind goalkeepers. Space is 50Wx30L. Four pugg goals, one in each corner of the space. (Have big goals behind keepers in order to progress to final game).
Instructions:
Players score in either corner goal on their attacking side of the field. GK are bumper players and have a two touch max. They can move anywhere along the endline as long as they stay out of the grid. First team to 7 goals wins. Two touch minimum for players inside of the area (5v5). Throwins for side restarts. Otherwise start from GK.
Coaching Points:
Technical:
- Positive first touch (GO FOWARD)
- Body shape open (HIPS TO MIDDLE)

Tactical:
- How do we unbalance the entire defense to create splits to penetrate? (Switch the play, positive first touch)
- How to create space behind the defenders? (Positive first touch, creates space behind them once the defender commits).
Progressions/Regressions:
P) Add big goals, worth 5 points, corner goals are still worth one. Still play to 7 goals.
