We will have one player in between two poles(or cones) facing players with the balls. Player with the ball will pass to the player between the cones. Player between the cones will drop to make some space, will open his/her hips and put the first touch towards the side and will try to score after. Player who made the kick, go get the ball and go back to line; player who passed the ball, go stand between the two cones and will wait for the next pass.
Coach, make sure you can make two, three setup like this, we don't want the kids standing for too long. If you don't have the small goals, use cones as goals, or use a target player who they need to pass the ball to.
Variation:
- now, the line stays diagonally to the player waiting for the ball, player will be waiting for the ball diagonally and will put the first touch towards the goal, and will try to score
- ball comes diagonally again, but this time player will put the first touch forward, in between the two cones, and will try to score (move pug goal there).
Coaching points: in every variation, make sure to talk about, why the kids are putting the first touch to that specific spot (because it's away from where the pressure is coming from)
1st - pressure coming from the front
2nd - pressure coming from the opposite side or from the front
3rd - Pressure coming from either of the sides

In a small sided field we will have two teams playing against each other. We have no goals, to score a point, teams must work together and try to get to the opposite end zone to get a point. Each team has one player standing in their end zone, and the team can use as a recycle safe pass. If they decide to pass the ball and use the end zone player, the end zone player must give a directional 1st touch, putting the ball outside the end zone, and becoming a field player. Also, if they do it, a new player must replace the end zone player, as he just became a field player.
Team with more points, wins the game.
Defenders CAN NOT stop the opposition to get in and score a point, he/she is only there as a safe pass out of the pressure.

Warm-up: coach will split the kids in pairs (can also put in trio if needs), each pair with a square like the above, and one player inside that square. Facing the square, will be the team mate with a ball. Player with ball will make a pass to the player inside the square, who will perform a directional first touch(as requested for the coach), will pass the ball back and get back in the middle.Players will play by time, and after time(90s-2 min) they will switch roles.
Directional 1st touch:
- player will take a positive first touch(forward) using the inside part of their foot;
- player will take a positive first touch(forward) using the bottom part of their foot;
- player will open their hips and take first touch to the side, putting ball outside the box
- player will be facing the player, and before the ball get there will turn in a half turn, put the ball forward going out the box, turn and pass it back.
