How to Play (Coach can choose whether it is a 3v3 or 3v2)

  • A's start with the ball on the right sideline. They dribble and pass back to involve the three players.
  • As they do this, 2 defenders join from the opposite side.
  • A's attack the main goal, if D wins it, they attack the opposite goal in a 2v3. Attack tries to regain.
  • If the ball goes out of bounds, A begins a new ball. Play for 3-4 Minutes, than switch who starts on Attack and Defense

Points for Corners, and Goals; back post goals could be worth more to emphasize getting to the back post
