As previous but start with first player in fron of his mannekin. Thereafter receiving player moves towards ball to take 1st touch in front of his mannekin. Then dribbles to next corner to do the OTO.
*timing of run to receive
*arm up to protect space
*try to take ball on R foot as L leg protects from mannekin.
Encourage contact with mannekin.
All groups go together which will result in alot of traffic etc - encourage players to find a way to delay pass if necessary but keep ball moving ie sole roll to change angle.
*concentration and communication essential
Rotation is join the queue in the corner you have just passed to.
Prog : go other way round to use opposite feet.

This time the receiving player C checks out to receive (4) and plays a 1-2 with the passer A1 spinning around his mannekin.
*timing of runs
*weight of pass
*controlling ball on the move
Prog by going other way round

30 x 20 pitch. 3 v 2 attacking.
Defenders kick to attckers to start. Attackers can score in either goal once the ball has been switched across the middle split. If defenders win ball they attack the opposite goals. Play 1min then swap roles. Most goals wins.
*Encourage use of 1v1 skills WHERE and WHEN
*Coach Width and Support
*Coach use of skills learned to switch the play - Twist offs, Drag backs, sole roll
*Reinforce 1st and 2nd defender principles - delay, isolation, depth
*Reinforce attack OR consolidate ??
Progression 1 : attackers must get over half way before they can switch the play.
Progression 2 : Flowing end to end - when defenders (black) win the ball they can play out to a team mate who joins in and the most advanced white must go off - now roles change and blacks are attacking. Restarts are from defenders kick in. If attackers put the ball out 3 times without scoring the roles change over.

20x30 area 4 goal game. All restarts are goal kicks but players may dribble in to themselves. At restarts the defending team must have no more than 2 players in their attacking half.
