Tactical GK will distribute accurately based on the situation. GK must read the flight of the ball and use proper footwork and decision making in order to collect/intercept, parry or let Gets Set for a save relative to potential finishing player getting on the end of cross |
Physical Explosiveness, Leaping, Footwork, Cardiovascular fitness |
Psychological Concentration, Discipline act based on the situation rather than emotion. EX: Coming off your line for a ball that you should have defenders clear. |
Social |
INSTRUCTIONS: S1 dribbles down the flank before serving the ball into the zoned area. As the ball is traveling the GK must yell out a number anticipating where the ball will land. After collecting the service, GK will immediately take the first step in a different zone where he received the ball to initiate a counter-attack in one of two counter goals. GK2 must try to read the distribution and prevent GK1 from scoring.
