RONDO COUNTERPRESSING 4V2+2

20X20 area split into two 10x10 areas

The focus of this rondo is to develop fast reactions when in transition. 

If the white players win the ball, they play their two teammates on the other side and join them. Two red players transition over to defend. 

When a team loses the ball, they need to transition individually and as a team to win the ball back and prevent the pair of players from playing across to their teammates

if the ball leaves the playing zone, the coach will restart play and pass to the team who did not kick the ball out of bounds
