4v2 rondos - one player must play as a middle man and look to find a pocket to break a line/press - if he does it successfully, attacking team can score in any of the small goals. If defending team win the ball back they can score or dribble outside quickly (T2A)
Coaching points:
ball speed - ball played inside needs to be fast to break that line of pressure
how quick can we get it inside & get it back out to score?
Options on the ball - always moving

2 grids, 4v1(/2) number depending and 4v3/3v3 in outside area. Aim is to look to play 4 passes in inside area before we can then look to switch ball out to the outside area, who's job is then to keep the ball and eventually transfer the ball back inside & continue to play. The player who plays out of the small square can play outside to create an overload & defender inside the small square can also leave to go and press the ball but must return when ball is transferred back inside.
Coaching points: Controlled possession - don't force the ball - pick the right moment to play forward & break the press
body shape - can we play on half turn to get the ball outside?
Angles to receive - inside men - can we create an angle to get the ball back inside/ keep moving it outside with one touch?
