Organization:
Setup 3 - 10x25 yard channels (or as many as needed)
Divide players evenly between each grid, equally on each end. Each player has a ball
Instructions:
- 2 players across from each other leave at the same time on "go" or eye contact. They dribble to the center of the grid and perform a move when they reach the center cones, then dribble to the opposite end line.
-In order to avoid collisions, direct that each player does their move to the right and then switch to the left after a few minutes.
Coaching Points:
- Controlled touches as approaching the cones
-Low center of gravity as performing the move
-Be creative!
-Take bigger touch to get out of the move/space

Organization:

-Divide group into two teams - each on one endline
Instructions:
-One Defender passes ball to one attackers to start play
-Players scrimmage and score by passing into the small goal
-If defender wins ball, they can score on opposite goal for a point
-If scores or goes out of bounds, new players rotate in
-Switch sides after a few rounds each
Coaching Points:
-When receiving ball, attack the goal with speed
- Practice moves against defender
Progression: Extra point for a successful move against defender

Organization:
- Setup 25x25 yard grid. Every player has a ball.
-Players must dribble randoly throughout the grid while the coach calls out different moves
-The coach can also call on players to volunteer their favorite moves. The goal is to allow players to come up with their own moves and show teammates.
-In addition to moves you can also call out: "Switch" (players leave their ball and find another one. Change of speed (fast, slow, medium). Right/Left foot only dribble. etc..
Coaching Points:
-If the moves are too complex, focus on change of direction, speed, toe taps, switching.
- Heads up and looking for space
Progression:
-Coach walks around and poked ball away to add pressure.
