Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition)
Practice can be adapted to accommodate any number of players. Dribbling session to encourage the repetition of dribbling in real game life scenarios focusing on using the mechanics listed.
Technical Practice - This will include 12 players, 2 sets of coloured bibs, 12 footballs, 12 cones and an area of 10 Metre squared
Skill Practice - 10 x 5 metre area, 8 cones, 2 footballs , 12 players but can be adapted for more or less
Small Sided Game - 8 Cones needed and a area of 25yrd x 25yrs. 12 players and 1 ball
Mechanics
1. Keep ball close 2. Vary surfaces of foot . Head up 4. Change of pace 5. Change of direction

Red will pass the ball into the blues who have to dribble through one of the two cones before being tackled by the advancing red.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Reds will swap with blues half way through.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Challenge players to take the harder gate by introducing a points system

Game played in a 25yrd square area. To score a goal the teams have to successfully dribble through a gate.

The option to take away the gates or add in additional gate to make it easier

Technical 15 mins
12 Players already bibed up in separate colours. They will dribble in a square area 10 metre sqaured whilst will be reduced to make it more difficult. This will progress into trying to win the ball from other players whilst retaining theirs. Cones, bibs and balls needed.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
After 5 minutes of play reduce the size of the area by 1/4. Making it a tighter space to dribble in.
Take a quick drinks break and then challenge the players to kick the others players ball out the square whilst retaining their own
