Knock-out

1) 30x30

2) Each player has a ball

Instructions:

1) Players are looking to knock other players out of box

2) Each time ball is knocked out, take a lap w/ball around box or 6 toe taps and go back in

Coaching Points:

1) Working on turns and change of direction

2) Messi v Ronaldo Touches

3) Look up after every touch

1) Two- 30x30 with a dividing line in the middle

2) 4 teams each has own channel- 3 players per team

Instructions:

1) First player dribbles to mark area

2) Performs technical turn

3) Passes to next player

Coaching Points:

1) High Quality on Dribble and Pass

2) Stop ball with sole

3) Step Fwd over the ball w/ same foot

4) Plant it infront of ball

4) Take away w/ outside of opposite foot

Organization:

1) Two- 30x30 with a dividing line in the middle

2) 4 teams each has own channel

3) Start without ball to understand game

4) Only attackers have ball

Instructions:

1) Race: First one over either of the lines (start or finish) Wins

2) attacker decides which line to go over

3) Attacker is looking to turn or not to beat defender

4) Once the players undestand add ball

Coaching Points:

1) Defender behind= attack space

2) Defender infront = Turn

3) Move/Turn (slow down) and accelarate

4) Direction and distance of touch based on next action

3) 3 mini goals in defender channel as picture

Instructions:

1) Attacker starts by dribbling

2) attacker is looking to create space to finish in one of the mini goals

either by speed or by using turn

3) defender can only block

4) Play in own channel

Coaching Points:

1) Defender behind= attack space

2) Defender infront = Turn

3) Move/Turn (slow down) and accelarate

4) Type of touch after turn to accelarate? Ronaldo

Progressions:

1) 1pt for scoring in own channel

2pts for scoring at defenders channel

2) Defender can tackle
