20 X 20 Grid, 2 small goals placed 5 yards from each side on one endline, 8 yard channel in form of goals.
First player in line A dribble at speed to finish in one of the goals, player immediately turns to defend first player in line B who dribbles aggressively at him, does a move and accelerates into shooting zone to finish then turns to defend next player in line A.
Coaching Points: Players should be aggressive in attacking the defending player, protect ball with smaller/quick touches as they near defender, perform a move and attack the space behind defender to finish. Concentrate on touches and technique (no outside foot shooting - instead of using the weaker foot).

Grid is 20X25, Small Goals 18 Yards apart facing opposite directions.
Players divide into to equal groups facing each other across the grid between the goals. Defender passes the ball to attacker and moves to defend. Attacker hides the ball from defender when changing direction to create a chance to attack one of the goals or pass to teammate. If attacker can face up and get a defender 1v1 be agressive and attack to score. If defender wins the ball, they attack goals. When playing 2v2, player not receiving the ball should over lap receiver.
Coaching Points: Focus on pressing the ball away from the open goal, getting the attackers head down to deny the easy pass, second defender should position himself to double team the ball if possible, deny the easy pass, or be able to close down the second attacker if he receives the pass. Communicate, keep feet moving when pressing, encourage aggressive play - no calling fouls (dont let players be stupid!). Players must work HARD.

Player A feints to get free of Player B who is passively marking. Player A moves to receive the ball from the server while Player B recovers goal side and then closes Player A. Player A dribbles at Player B looking to score in the small goal. Player B must be patient, moving his feet looking for an opportunity to win the ball or block Player A's shot. Rotate from B to A to S.
Coaching Points: Rover Goal side then close down attacker. Try to get there as ball arrives, be patient do not dive in. Defender should look for a loose touch to touch away from the attacker and go to goal, or step-over tackle to shield out of play or blaock shot. Close - Control - Contain, Sideways on, push in one direction to make play predictable.
