Players try to pass to each other thru the cones in a 10x10 area. Ball allowed between cones, not the players.
Every thru ball 1 point.
Every 5 passes 1 point
Defender gets the ball, 1 point for defender
Switch defender every 2 minutes, you can do it 3v1 or 4v1.
Look for: Creating space (in front, behind to the side) Good1st touch (quality) Communication Can we keep the ball (don't force it) DO NOT COACH THE DEFENDER..just focus on the offensive players

Warm-up (10 mins)
Coach Rodrigo will set up a team warm-up for all players.
Limit ALL your coaching points to 30 seconds or less. Lets have a good flow to the session. Have all equipment ready to go.
Rememebr that today we are only coaching the passing and moving off the ball (offense). Do not coach the defensive team!
