Blue Team Condition - Find the front man.

Small Sided Game playing with a back 3, I'm going to give my back 3, 2 problems to deal with, I also need to manage the opposition.I have cut out the area where my red fullbacks would be playing.

Organisation

I have begun by setting up my blue team into a 5-2-1, I will be concentrating mainly on the back 3 in this team. The opposition I have set up in a 2-4-2.

Having wide players one problem I may have is when a wide player beats a blue fullback, I will have to coach the way I want my back 3 to work, My closest centre back to the ball will press as the other two must will fill in positions & bring one of the full backs in.

Once we have worked out that problem, I want to ask the blues to work down the middle allowing their number 9 to drop and receive the ball in midfield.

This is another problem I now have given my defenders, I must allow one of my centre backs to either pass on the attacker to a midfielder or to come in & defend tight.
