Instructions:
Three groups A, B and C. Player B will start with the ball, while player will makes a run out to the middle. Player B will pass the ball to player A, than player A will one time it back to player B as he is running up the pitch to recieve the one time pass. Player B will run through towards the gates and fire.
Player C will get the rebound if any. Player A will also make the run to the net to get any rebounds.
Teaching Points:
- Passes must be strong and firm.
- Call for the ball.
- Strong Kick
Progression
Player B can pass to Player C instead of kicking it.
