Explanation: Final 3rd PoP. Passing sequence= 6 - cb - winger - 8 - fb - 9 - Shot. Post pass movement 1>2>3>4>5>6>1. Players on the right side , stay on the right and so do the left hand side players. Players rotate through all the stations. Shorter shots, instep only.
Size: Half pitch (bring it in so that the distances are smaller on the field to reduce fatigue.
Timing: 16 Mins
Player Task: Can the players move the ball through the lines as quick as they can.
Key Points/Cues: At this stage the movement can be early because of timing and fatique, but can players move to the ryhtem of the PoP. The quality of first touch and pass must be high. The cues to the position of the ball, nobody moving into position and waiting for the pass. Movement in and around the mannequins.
