Organization:
1. Four areas.
2. Two players from different teams.
3. One ball.
Instructions:
1. Unopposed- Players pass back and forth 5 times. On the fifth pass the player with the ball stops it and becomes a stationary "attacker". The "defender" must close down the ball as quick as possible with out tackling.
Coaching Points:
1. Close down with a curved run.
2. Close as quick as possible.
3. Touch tight.
4. Slow down as you approach.
5. Knees bent

Organization:
1. Four areas with an attacker and defender, one ball.
Instructions:
1. Like last activity, players play 5 passes, on the 5th pass the player with the ball trys to shield it as long as he can while the defender closes quickly and tries to force the attacker out of bounds or win the ball.
2. Focus in the block tackle and poke tackle.
Coaching Points:
1. Angle of approach curved.
2. Touch tight.
3. knees bent, athletic stance side on.
4. Close as quick as possible, slow down as you get close.
5. Patience to find the correct moment to takle(poke or block).
Progressions:
1. If defender wins the ball they try to keep it from the attacker.
2. One point to the defender for a successful tackle.
3. One point for the attacker if they keep the ball for 30 seconds.

Organization:
1. 15x15 area with pugg goals.
Instructions:
1. Two lines next to the goals.
2. Coach in the middle passing the ball to the middle of the field.
3. Players are assaigned a number. When coach calls the number those two players race to the ball and win the tackle. Try to score.

1. Two lines of different colors.
2. Players high five then race to finish cone 20 yards away.
3. Players jump into each other and bump shoulders 4 times then race to the finish cone 20 yards away.
4. Return to line once complete.
5. Player the gets past the cone first wins a point for his team.
