3 v 1 + 3 rondo four zone game (15 mins)

Method:3 v 1 + 3 rondo four zone game

Coaching Points:

• Set up 20 x 20 grid with 5 x 5 box centrally (3 yellows inside the box).
• 3 reds start in one zone, one blue goes into other three zones.
• 1 yellow will enter red zone, Reds aim to create 5 passes and transition the ball to any blue in their zone. 
• Once pass is played to blue player, all blues must enter that zone and reds mut take up previous blues positions, with one red in each zone.
• If yellows win the ball they replace the team. 

• Create 4 v 2 ( 1 blue to drop in and one yellow to join grid).
• Add mini goals on a 3 v 1. If yellow win the ball they can try to score.
