Set up: Area 20x20 yrds with 2 big goals on either corner & small target goal at other point, Goals + Goalkeepers on 2 sides small goal on remaining side. 2 x Teams of 3 players + 2 x floating players.
Format: Coach to serve balls in teams to finish in any of the 3 goals. Teams can combine with floating players if they wish. If a team scores in a goal, they must score in any of the 2 remaining goals before attacking the initial goal again. If team score a goal they retain possession.
Key points: Shoot quickly - Encourage players to create shooting opportunities and take shots on goal.
Angles to receive - Players should be able to find space in order to finish
