session aim: red will stay compacted and prevent the blues getting over the line. in relation to the ball we will look at the trigger points of who to press and why.
Blues: can they move without the ball behind the line of the defence. can they create overloads
Red: if reds win the bal back can they counter over the line fast. this will be paint a picture of how we set back up out of possession.
1 point between the red gate and 2 between the orange
Key points: sliding and screening, body shape of when to press and cover. If one presses can the others cover and balance behind.
