Organization:
-4 to 6 Cones
-All players line up on a cone (may consider an offset cone to allow space
-Players pass and follow their pass (or switch direction)

Organization:
-Square of cones no more than 8 yards apart
- 1 ball, three players
-Players pass to side, not accross the square
-Player cant leave the side and move to the adjacent side until the ball is passed (maintain triangle)

-Recieve and pass with back foot

- No negative touches
Variations
-add defender
-Make game competitive i.e count to 50 passes, other team has to do sit ups.
-Move the play to another square 20 yards from teh target.

30 x 30 Grid
2 small goals on either side
6 players on Perimeter - 4 in goals, 2 on outside,
Perimeter players limited to 3 touches
2 or 3 players in middle.
3 or 4 defenders in middle
Goal is for green team to move the ball from one side to the other usnig the wide players
Players must pass wide in order to pass into a goal player
If red team gets ball, their goal is to posess for 5 passes before losing the ball back.
