Organisation:
Similar to the first block but now 2 people start on the mannequins.
First ball is to be played to the man on the left mannequin who receives on back foot, turns and play to the man to his left.
- Pass and follow in a diamond shape
Time:
2x3 minute blocks - switching to play the other way in the second block
Coaching points:
- Receive ball on back foot
- Once ball is played - burst of pace to where he has just played it - NO JOGGING OR WALKING. Need to see a change of pace.

Organisation:
Players starting positions as the same as the last block.
-1st ball is a wall pass to the player on the left who then plays it directly across to opposite player who then repeats the sequence.
Time:
2x3 min blocks with first ball going to the right instead of the left in the second block.

Organisation:
- Split group into 2 or 3 groups of around 6 or 7 per group depending on numbers
- 1 ball per group
1st ball is to be played directly across to teammate who is 15 yards away. The player that played it then moves outside of the left of the mannequin to receive wall pass from team mate, who then repeated the movement to the next teammate the opposite side.
Time:
2x3 minute blocks - the next block will be moving to the right instead of the left.
Coaching points:
Quality of the pass - time and weight
