GK calls a number - 1 through 6. The number called is the player on their team whom the GK distributes to. The same number on the opposing team takes a knee and their team plays -1 until they recover ball or goal is scored. (#5 in spot shadow on their knee).
VARIATIONS:
1. Limit touches, no more than 2-3 touches
2. Mandate goals can only come from overlapping runs in the wide channels
3. FInishes can be only one-touch
