Receive - Receiving ball with correctly weighted touch into space
Retain - Ability to retain the ball after the initial touch and set up the release
Release - Having head up between touches to recognize open players and feeding to the open player with a correctly weighted and accurate pass

B turns to pass to C
C passes to E
D times run around C
E passes to C

Next run the player is B postion passes the other direction to F

B passes to E
C suppports E and completes wall pass
D times overlapping run around C

Communication - Help each other out on where play needs to go to. Make each other better!!
Open body position to recieve ball and non verbally communicate to passer which foot to pass to
Receive ball with correct weight into space

C checks off of marker and receives pass from B
D checks off of marker to opposite side as C and receives pass

2 minutes and change alternate defenders in that phase
B checks off of marker and receives pass from A
C checks off of marker and advances on flank
D checks off of marker to opposite side as C and receives pass from B
D bumps a pass to C
E checks off of marker to near side and receives pass from C
E plays combination with D
E then dribbles to start

Read defending cues and take advantage
Get into spaces early and get open body shape

First touch is most important in soccer
Patience when we need to be patient
Play direct when we need to be direct
Far side supporting positions in anticipation of switch
