3 Zone Game (20 mins)
Two zones seperated by a neutral area, the two zones represent the two attacking thirds. Game begins with the white team attacking the goal defended by the yellow team after attack is over or yellow wins the ball the attempt to work the ball into the neutral area and attack the goal defended by the blue team. Team that lost the ball can win ball back and go to Goal.

Two teams on appropriate size field depending on the numbers, one team maintains possession while the other attempts to win the ball and attack either goal.
