In this activity we are focusing on dribbling. This utilizes different types of techniques on the ball. This activity should be between 10 -15 minutes including water breaks and instruction.

On the left side of field the kis are beginning to incoporate shooting with the dribbling we have been working on. On the left side of the field we introduce a little pressure but the defenders are merely obstacles and are not to attempt to win the ball. The session should take between 10 - 15 minutes including breaks and instruciton.The goals are spread apart for safety as well as fitness is incorporated because they running from goal to goal to goal.

In this portion of the session the kids will begin to work against full pressure beginning with 1v1 and completing this portion of the session in a 2v1 exercise. This portion of the session should be no longer than 10 minutes. On the left protion of the field the players are attacking the small goals 1v1. On the right side the players are attacking 2v1. The kids standing in blue near the goals will go onto to become the defenders next. They will rotate after every ball to keep the intensity high.

In the last portion of the session the kids will split into 4v4 and have free play for 15 minutes with no restrictions and minimal coaching.

Allow the kids to get a warm up in by giving them the opportunity to dribble, pass and shoot on their own. Stop to allow for stretching and this a good time begin to learn names. Have the kids after each pause in play find someone they haven't met then introduce them to the other players in practice. This activity should take no longer than 10 minutes.
