Technical:
set up area suitable to players and age with a number of gates.
Players have gates set up and pass and move to a gate for a point. work through all 3 combinations - take over, bounce pass and overlap.
Progress to defenders who can intercept gates or steal ball.
AT:90 R:30 I:10
Finish with groups in 3, players pass and move and on number command they become defender, must steal ball while other 2 keep possession.

Can play time limit or first team to score and rotate.
score a point for a goal, or can add bonus points for combinations with outside or own team.
