- Ball-Man-Goal，盯人盯位
- 2nd defender 包 1st defender 靠近但預留位置包
- 防守三角形
- 2nd defender 有機會時上前夾擊，夾！
- 埋的球員出䡰，後面防守球員提場
- 球場大了，更要封一邊
- 1st defender 快埋，封一邊，又遮龍門線守門員發球
- 2nd defender 包位，保持適當的距離，視乎對手和自己的速度
